"I’ve always had great service from NHHI, however, I’ve been trying to reach them for 2 days, voicemail said they are not in the office. Update: Office closes at 4:30 on Thursday and closed on Fridays. Received a call back Monday morning to resolve my situation."

"I have had tinnitus for many years. The audiologist and doctor here were the first to recommend getting hearing aids to improve what I could hear. I opted for the expensive Phonak model since I got a discount through my insurance. Wow it made a big difference! Even after my warranty ended, the staff continues to provide excellent service. Phyllis at the front desk is especially friendly and helpful."
